My Story and Mission
Limitless Speech and Language was founded on a passion to help every person find their unique voice. With more than 20 years of experience in pediatric and adult speech therapy, I’ve seen firsthand how intervening early and consistently can unlock confidence and potential.
My journey began with a simple belief: everyone deserves to be understood and to connect meaningfully with those around them. Inspired by the individuals I’ve served over the years, I’m committed to creating a supportive, friendly environment where communication skills can flourish.
I believe in celebrating each milestone, no matter how small, while empowering parents and caregivers as partners in progress. My mission is to inspire hope, foster growth, and provide exceptional care—helping each individual thrive.

Meredith Bailey-Orr, MA, CCC-SLP
Founder & Speech Language Pathologist
Meredith Bailey-Orr is a nationally certified, Delaware licensed speech language pathologist with more than twenty-two years of experience working within a variety of service delivery settings. Meredith has been employed full-time within the Delaware public school system for the past eleven years. She has specialized in supporting students with speech and language delays and disorders. Meredith devotes her expertise to evaluating school‑aged children with complex communication disorders and implementing augmentative communication interventions. Meredith serves as clinical faculty at the University of Delaware, where she teaches graduate‑level coursework and supervises aspiring clinicians. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she has contributed to the field of Speech‑Language Pathology through publications and presentations at national and regional conferences. Above all, Meredith is driven by her unwavering belief in the limitless potential of every individual she supports.
